  • My profile does not appear in the directory. I'd like to change that.

When logged in to your profile, click on your name in the top-left corner. Click on the 'Privacy' tab. Click on 'Edit profile'. Change your settings to display your information to 'Everyone'. Be sure to save your changes. For more help, click here.


  • I'm trying to register for an event as a member, but I don't see the registration option for members available to me.

Make sure you are registering with the email address associated with your membership. Many of us have multiple email addresses; the online portal system will only recognize the email address you used to sign up for membership. This will be the same email address where you receive WCC correspondence and which you use to sign in to your member profile.


  • How can I stop recurring payments of my membership dues?

You can stop recurring payments from your member profile page. To do so, click on the 'Invoices and payments' tab in your profile, then click the 'Stop recurring payments' button beside the membership renewal transaction. For more help, click here.


  • I keep landing on an 'Access denied' page when attempting to access a site page, even though I appear to be logged in.

Make sure you are logging in to the member portal with the email address associated with your membership. Many of us have multiple email addresses; the online portal system will only recognize the email address you used to sign up for membership. This will be the same email address where you receive WCC correspondence. If you suspect that you have logged in with the incorrect email address, log out and try again with the email address where you receive WCC correspondence as your username.
